Your little sweet peas are not so little anymore. Oh, how they grow up - WAY TOO QUICKLY! Now they can run and jump and really experience the joy of moving in their bodies and in all different ways! Yoga and Pilates core work are at the center of this fitness expedition where kids are invited to explore the adventure of movement. In the midst of all this fun, your yippee skippee youths will be developing strength, balance, postural awareness, flexibility, endurance, and an overall appreciation for health. Plus, the group interaction will help socialization skills including proper manners, sharing and team work. Your kiddos will be rewarded with friendships, happiness, a sense of accomplishment and confidence in loving the skin they live in!
