  • From the first moment a mom hears baby's heartbeat, feels baby's kick, or meets that sweet squishy face in person, she is absolutely and utterly in love with her baby! A mom's first priority is to keep her baby healthy, happy and loved. However, it is also important for mom to do something good for her own physical and mental health.

    Plus, it would be nice to get rid of that post-baby belly mush - right mom! This quick, easy and effective mom and baby workout is the answer for all multi-tasking moms. Fit2gether® is unique because both mom and baby benefit from yoga poses, Pilates core work, and therapeutic exercises. It's not all work, but play too! Invite daddy, grandparents or other caregivers to join the fun. Mommy/daddy and baby will enjoy singing, laughing, and cooing throughout this routine!

  • Who Can Do It?
  • This program is for all parents/caregivers and their itty bitty babies. Moms: Just get the OK from your doctor to start working out post-delivery - usually 4-6 weeks. Dads/Grandparents/Caregivers: Any age, anytime! Babies: Birth until they are actively crawling away from you
